Sources of unsolicited feedback
Stakeholders and members of the target group of your project can provide valuable ideas for how to improve your project through their feedback. Unsolicited feedback often arrives at a time and place when you do not expect it, and it may not be phrased very clearly or positively. Still, it can be valuable information about the 'health' of your project. You can get valuable feedback by keeping an eye on:
* Personal contacts, hearsay and "the grapevine"
* Local newspaper
* Your own project website (if you can offer a feedback function or discussion forum)
* Websites of project partners
