Feedback reinforces change. To keep the process of change going, you need to provide feedback that motivates your target group and stakeholders. Visible achievements will renew and reinforce enthusiasm to continue. Feedback can be about:
- achievements at certain stages of the project
- achievements of individual target group members or stakeholders or
- the cumulative impact of the entire project.
It is important to carefully select your feedback approach and tailor it to the needs of the target group and the resources of your project. You should also take into account the status of existing feedback. Does your target group already receive feedback from their energy supplier? Can you collaborate with energy suppliers to improve billing feedback or metering?
